How to Submit Your Work
SSCON 2026 uses an online submission system. Follow the steps below to register and submit your manuscript. All files are sent securely by e-mail to the editorial team — nothing is stored permanently on the server.

Create your author account
Register with your name, e-mail, institution and a password. You only need to do this once.

Download and complete the Extended Abstract template
Use the official SSCON template. You can also use the online maker tool.

Prepare your cover letter (PDF)
A short letter addressed to the Editorial Board confirming the originality of your work and your consent to publish in Open Access. -
Prepare the Poster (optional)
Download the official poster template and fill it in.

Log in and submit your manuscript online
Use your registered e-mail and password to access the submission form. You will upload your manuscript (DOC/DOCX) and cover letter (PDF).
After submission you will receive a protocol number — keep it safe!

You have two options for your video presentation:
a) Convert your PPT into a video using AI or your own preferred method.

(this option will not include your personal touch).

- All submissions must be done through the online submission system or by e-mail to sscon30@gmail.com.
- After submission, all files will be reviewed by at least two peer reviewers.
- Acceptance notifications will be sent to your registered e-mail.
- Accepted papers are published in Open Access at no cost to authors.
