To sign up for the conference, please fill out our general registration form. This form will collect all the necessary information to complete your registration. Recently made.
News: AI Assistance Now Available for Conference Video Presentations
We're excited to announce a new option for creating your conference video presentation. Authors now have two choices for the required 5-minute video:
Traditional Method: Record the video yourself and share it via Dropbox or an equivalent file-sharing service.
NEW AI-Assisted Option: We can create the video to assist you using AI technology. Here's what you need to know:
- The AI will generate a video based on your extended abstract and PowerPoint presentation.
- No new slides will be added to your existing PowerPoint.
- The spoken text will be derived directly from your extended abstract.
- Due to the nature of AI generation, no secondary editing will be available.
- Please note that the final product will be subject to the AI tool's inherent capabilities and limitations.
If you'd like to take advantage of this AI-assisted video creation, simply indicate your preference in your submission email. We'll then provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
We hope this new option will make the presentation process smoother and more accessible for all participants. As always, we're here to support you in sharing your valuable research with the conference attendees.

What are the mandatory materials required to participate as an author in the conference?
Thank you for your question. To participate as an author, please submit the following materials: extended abstract, PowerPoint poster (PPT), video presentation, and the authors' Excel file. Follow these steps to ensure your submission is complete:
- Fill out the Authors' Submission Form with the names of the authors. Save the completed form as an Excel file and include it in your submission email for reference.
- Prepare your extended abstract using the abstract submission form or download the template in the compressed file. The difference is in formatting, but both are acceptable.
- Prepare your PowerPoint poster using the provided template from the link in the compressed file above.
- Record a video presentation of up to 5 minutes. Share the video via Dropbox or an equivalent file-sharing service.
- Email your extended abstract, poster, video link, and the Excel file to information@sscon.org or tchequimica@tchequimica.com.

Do I need to submit the complete manuscript at the same time?
No, you don’t need to submit the complete manuscript at the same time. However, if you would like to publish your full paper with us, we would be honored. You can begin the manuscript submission process at any time, either before or after the conference.
If accepted, your manuscript will be published in 2025 in the participating journal of your choice.
What are the fees for publishing my manuscript and participating in the conference?
The organizing institutions have agreed to waive all fees for both manuscript publication and conference participation. We are covering these costs to support and encourage our authors.
